Don’t worry, your cue is perfectly useable. Our cues are simply either one of a kind, never to have gone into production, older models not in production anymore, showroom models that have been used once or twice, or non-uniform models, meaning the cue may have an imperfection somewhere, either due to handling , or transportation. But none of these cues are pre-used, and all of them have been tested thoroughly.

To help you find the perfect cue, we’ve divided them into different categories for you to browse. The non-uniform cues are subdivided in a tiered percentage bracket.

On every product page there is a separate bullet point in the description (where applicable), explaining exactly what the small defects or imperfections are, and what percentage within specification we believe them to be.

Please note that ALL CUES are in perfect playing shape, imperfections or defects always imply a visual issue, but no effect on balance, weight, shape or any type of feature that would impact playability.

Cues in the outlet sale are in high demand and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, this means we aren’t able to reserve items placed in a cart — in order to secure the best deal make sure to complete your purchase as quickly as possible.

We want to serve as many people as possible with this one-time unique sales offer. Therefor we are limiting our sales, one cue per customer. Off course our accessories and shafts can be purchased in greater volume!

Sadly not, our cues are located in our warehouse and not in stores.
For some of our cues, especially the ones that are unique, or with small imperfections, the photos on the website are the photos of the cue. For the other ones we don’t take any extra pictures than those that we put on the product page. But rest assured the cue you buy is the cue you get!


We have multiple options depending on where you are based. If you are in the EU, you can pay via SOFORT or BANCONTACT. For anywhere else, Paypal and Credit card options are available.

Yes, we’ll send you a payment confirmation via email as soon as your order is checked out. The invoice will follow right after the order has been shipped. Please note that changing an invoice is impossible, so please check your details before confirming your order


It doesn’t matter where you are, CuesBlowout ships worldwide. 

As long as you order in Europe and you meet the minimum order value of €300, the standard delivery is free of charge. Unfortunately, due to CuesBlowout is in Europe, we aren’t able to apply this worldwide. 

Below €300 and for countries outside Europe, you pay a fixed shipping fee depending upon weight, size and insurance.

We’ll need your address, phone number, email address, and full name. If your order has an invalid phone number, it could delay the delivery of your cue or accessories– so please double-check!

We know that the wait to use that cue for the first time, can be agonizing, so we aim to get you your cues ASAP.

Your choice of cue and/or accessory will be packed and securely shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 days of purchase, the date of arrival after that will depend on your location. If you are in Europe it can take 4 to 14 business days. For international orders, you can expect your cue to arrive within 3 to 6 weeks of ordering. 

You’ll receive a Track & Trace email the moment your cue and/or accessory ships, so you can follow every step of its journey to your door.

Unfortunately, you can’t pick up your cue, but we make sure we ship it securely and fast.


All purchases are final, this means we won’t be able to change an order once it is placed.

Yes, you have 14 days to return the cue for a full refund. Here’s how you do it:

  • Send an email to with your unique customer nr and the reason for returning it.
  • The cue has to be free from any damage, aside from the possible defects or imperfections stated upon purchase
  • Cue and shaft have to be sent back in original packaging, and securely packed
    Before shipping, please send pictures of butt, shaft, and packaging to
  • Upon receipt and quality control by our team, we will proceed to fully reimburse you.

Sadly no, as these are consumable goods, from an outlet store, we don’t offer restitution after purchase, unless the product is faulty, then we offer the manufacturer’s warranty.
